Thank you for choosing our tour operator! To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please read through our booking terms and conditions:
1. Select your trip
To begin your booking process, please choose your desired or relevant tours or customize your itinerary by adding any activities or services that interest you. Once you’ve selected your preferences, proceed to enter your payment information to finalize your booking and secure your adventure. During your selection process, please take the time to carefully review all the included and excluded items for the trip, paying special attention to the trip’s difficulty ratings.
2. Booking confirmation and payment terms
To secure your place on the selected tour, a deposit of 20% of the total tour price must be transferred to our bank account. An invoice containing the necessary bank account information will be sent to you. Once your deposit has been successfully credited to our account, you will receive an email confirming your participation, along with a document containing essential travel information to provide you with the necessary guidance and details.
Balance payment**
The remaining balance must be paid 35 days prior to the commencement of the tour. A final invoice will be sent to you via email 45 days before the tour begins.
3. Cancellation Policy
Given Mongolia’s brief travel season, it is essential to book and pay for all accommodations and domestic flights well in advance. In the event of a cancellation on your part, the following charges will apply:
- 45 days or more days before the tour start: $200 per person
- 15-44 days before the tour start: 30% of the tour price
- 8-14 days before the tour start: 50% of the tour price
- 7 days to the start: 100% of the total price
All cancellations must be communicated in writing to Mongolia Climbing tours by you or your representative.
4. Changes to Bookings:
If you wish to make changes to your travel plans after confirming your booking, please reach out to us. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, please note that additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the changes. Should there be any extra charges, we will provide you with an invoice. Conversely, if the original tour is more expensive than the revised one, you will receive a refund for the price difference.
5. Travel Insurance:
Our booking conditions require that you have a travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected medical conditions, injury, evacuation and the events such as trip cancellations or lost luggage.
6. Responsibilities and Liability:
While we strive to provide a great travel experience, we cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, or changes in travel regulations. If your trip is affected by such circumstances, we will do our best to offer alternative options, but we cannot guarantee a full refund.
Additionally, we are not liable for additional services related to your trip, such as international flights, transit accommodations, insurance, etc., specifically services for which we do not charge.
7. Single occupancy fee
Tour pricing is based on twin shared occupancy in hotel rooms, tourist camps and tents. Single supplement fee applied if you prefer not to share or if no roommate of the same gender is available. Additionally, if the number of participants in the group is odd, the Single Supplement fee will be automatically charged to the last person booked.
